A MAPLE HILL THING

Greetings to the entire Maple Hill School Community:
Summer has come to a close and it is time once again to begin another school year. I hope that each and everyone of you had a restful break where you were able to truly unwind after a school year full of hard work. With a new school year brings new beginnings both for our students who are joining us for the first time and for the school itself.
We are beginning this school year at our present location at Aberdeen but we will be moving during the semester to our new location, one that will allow the school to grow and to continue delivering on the quality student experience we give our students here at Maple Hill School.

Expect to see a message from me highlighting the important dates and happenings around the school at the beginning of each month where the school will also be highlighting achievements from our students and teachers.
Below my message you will also find information about important details for the start of the year in this edition of the school newsletter so please make sure that you read them. Student Council Election
Do you see yourself as a leader? If so, you should get some local support and run a campaign. We need a student council to support our student clubs, school activities and much more. Your service will be appreciated by all teachers, school staff and the principal. Reference letters will be provided based on your performance once you are successfully elected. Candidate application forms can be obtained at our front desk, and the election date is Sep 23rd (Friday).

Maple Hill Dollars

We want to encourage students to speak English in class and take risks engaging in language. To promote that, students can earn Maple Hill Dollars which they can use to purchase items in school. Please look around the school for the current pricing list!
